- 4 CUP Cooked Ramen Noodles
- 1 CUP Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing (plus additional dressing for serving)
- 4 Scallions (chopped)
- 2 Carrots (julienned very thinly)
- 1/4 CUP Pickled Red Ginger / Beni Shoga (strained)
- 1/2 CUP Snow or Snap Peas (cut in half on an angle)
