- 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 romaine lettuce hearts, sliced lengthwise
- Kosher salt and pepper
- Caesar Dressing:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons anchovies, minced and mashed into a paste
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Ground pepper to taste
