- 1 bottle creamy caesar salad dressing (I used Newman's Own)
- 3 hearts of romaine chopped
- 4 tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

This meal is especially good for a family dinner on busy nights. Start the meat in the morning before work and school, then come home, shred the meat, and serve it up to everyone’s liking.
This beef is slow cooked with caesar dressing, and the salad is drizzled with more caesar dressing, so it is very flavorful and satisfying. You could serve this meat over rice or on a sandwich with a salad on the side.
