Recipe Description

These potatoes are sliced thin and layered with layers of cream and cheese and just so much deliciousness. I was skeptical that the slow cooker might effect the texture of the potatoes but they come out just perfectly. These potatoes pair great with any protein, chicken, steak, pork, you name it. They are also good enough to serve on a holiday. Save yourself that oven space and try them in the slow cooker!
