“Steak Diane” was probably invented in mid-20th century New York as part of the fad for tableside-flambéed dishes. “Diane” was goddess Artemis for the Romans. This dish is adjusted to slow cooker and is also infused with Greek yogurt. It is hearty, filling and packed with flavors. You can accompany it with pasta, rice or steamed vegetables!
