  • pinch of dry mustard
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 small container (approximately 5 oz.) blue cheese crumbles
  • sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
  • 3 medium avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
