- 17 fl. oz water
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1/2 bunch mint
- 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Recipe Description
I’ll show you an easy bulgur salad called tabouleh. Nothing European this time, but rather an Arab court. I have eaten this delicious salad in Israel the first time, when I spent a barbecue with my host family. They told me that they serve it always as a side dish for barbecue. Then we all helped together and in a jiffy the salad was ready.
