- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- pinch black pepper
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup water
- shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for garnish)

Recipe Description
Tex Mex Quinoa is a great main dish that’s easy to make in the slow cooker. With very little effort, you can get a big batch going in the morning and come home to dinner waiting.
