- 1 serrano chili, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1 cup white button mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded (I used rotisserie chicken)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
