Tilapia, a mild white fish that’s perfect to take on the myriad of flavors in this delicious burger. This tilapia burger is a light and delicious meat burger alternative.

I love all burgers, beef, chicken, salmon, but I wanted to make something different. Tilapia on it’s own does not have much flavor and needs a little help. So this burger starts with 1 great ingredient, curried caramelized onions. The onions are not overpowering, what they do is add a lovely sweet flavor that will leave you saying “what’s that taste I can’t put my finger on?”. That would be the spices that are added to the onions, mild curry powder, ground coriander and ground cumin.
