If you have never tried these you must now. My son is addicted to toasted ravioli. If you are not from around St. Louis than you have probably never had them. We really know our food down here in the Midwest! They are terrific for parties however you should prepare them ahead of time, flash freeze them, pull them out and pop them in the deep fryer and serve. Don’t forget to sprinkle on a little Parmesan cheese.
