- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground turkey

- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 1 jar pasta sauce
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 cup pasta shells
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 dash seasoning salt
- 1 whole avocado
Recipe Description
This is a great weeknight stovetop meal. It’s easy to make, and with turkey and shredded zucchini, it’s a really healthy dinner. The kids didn’t even notice the zucchini was in there!
