Twice Baked Potato Cup Cakes

Oven Temp: 300
Ingredients:
Yellow Potatoes
Sharp Cheddar cheese/White Cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Butter
Chopped Green onions
Pepper
Garlic salt
Apple wood smoked bacon
Chicken broth
Parsley
Instructions:
Boil potatoes until soft
Mash potatoes and add butter
Meanwhile cook a few scrips of bacon
Grate both cheeses as much as you’d like
Chop up the green onions
Add a little black pepper to your mashed potatoes
When bacon is done chop it up as well
Remember to add sour cream to the already mashed potatoes
Use some garlic salt (A must)
Don’t forget to chop some fresh parsley for garnishment
After you’ve mixed everything together get your cupcake holders out and lay them out in the muffin tray…Make you’ve mixed everything together very well then scoop and add in the cup cake holders …After all done preparing place in fridge for a little so everything can come together then place in oven let bake and remove and garnish those babies…
