- 12 ounces mushrooms, crimini, button and shitake all finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 1 cup onion, finely diced
- 1 pound ground veal
Recipe Description
This is one of the most delicious fillings you can have in a ravioli or sattchettie….veal, crimini mushrooms and ricotta cheese. You can use this filling to make your own ravioli or you can use it to fill dumplings. Serve with either a brown butter and sage sauce or a good tomato sauce and your guests will think they are dining in a foreign land!
