This is ideal for those people who love a potsticker but don’t eat meat. Best part of it is, they taste fantastic and even the meat eaters like them. You can even sneak veggies into the kiddo’s this way. And so long as you have some Gyoza or Egg roll wrappers handy, this comes together fast. And it makes lots and lots so you can even freeze the extra’s, provided you can restrain yourself from eating them all.
