- 1/4 CUP Soy Sauce
- 1/4 CUP Rice Vinegar
- 1 TBSP Chili Oil
- 1 TBSP Sesame Oil
- 3 TBSP Grapeseed Oil
- 1 TBSP Ginger (minced)
- 1 TBSP Garlic (minced)
- 1/2 CUP Chunky Almond Butter
- 2 TBSP Sambal Garlic Chili Sauce
- 1 TBSP Soy Sauce
- 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 2 TSP Sriracha Sauce or Chile Garlic Sauce (optional ingredient for spice)
- 1/4 CUP Warm Water (plus more as needed)
- 1 TBSP Ginger (minced)
- 20 Spring Roll Rice Paper Wrappers
- 1 Large Carrot (peeled, cut into 1/8 inch by 4 inch strips)
- 1 Large Cucumber (cut into 1/8 inch by 4 inch strips)
- 1/2 Large Red Pepper (cut into 1/8 inch by 4 inch strips)
- 1/2 BUNCH Cilantro (leaves and stems)
- 4 OZ Cooked Rice Noodles (optional ingredient)
- 1/2 CUP Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1/2 CUP Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 SMALL HEAD Green Leaf Lettuce (leaves only, torn in half)
