- 1-2 Large Jalapenos (cut into 1/4 inch thick coins)
- 1 CUP Radishes (rinsed and sliced thin)

- 1 CUP White Vinegar
- 2 CUP Water
- 1/2 CUP Sugar
- 1/4 CUP Kosher Salt
- 1 BUNCH Fresh Cilantro
