- 1 SMALL HEAD Purple Cabbage (sliced into thin strips)
- 1 SMALL HEAD Yellow Cabbage (sliced into thin strips)
- 1/2 Sweet Yellow Onion (julienned)
- 1 BUNCH Green Onion (minced)
- 3 Large Garlic Cloves (minced)

- 1/4 CUP Lemon Juice

- 3/4 CUP Rice Wine Vinegar

- 4 Garlic Cloves (crushed and left whole)
- 1 CUP Carrot (finely grated)
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 1 1/2 TBSP Cornstarch
