- 2 BUNCH Baby Carrots with Tops (peel, cut off and reserve carrot tops for pesto)

- 1 1/2 TSP Kosher Salt
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 3/4 CUP Grapeseed Oil
- 1/4 CUP Olive Oil
