Recipe Description

We used Weeping Willow Wit, a Belgian style ale from Mother Earth Brewing in Kinston, North Carolina to steam some mussels in garlic and butter. The lovely floral notes of this wonderful craft beer was the perfect compliment to the mussels. We served the whole thing over pasta, but it would also make a fantastic appetizer with some crusty garlic bread or a delicious addition to your game day menu!
