I love garlic scapes. Garlic scapes are the flower bud of the garlic plant, they are similar in taste to the garlic bulb, however are more subtle and a little bit milder, they are absolutely delicious.
This White Bean and Garlic Scape dip is wonderful served with some toasted flatbread triangles and assorted crudité and would be perfect for a summer party. This delicious, creamy dip, along with some fresh veggies, is also great for a light meal or healthy snack anytime.
