  • 1 medium sweet onion cut in thin wedges
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
