- Firstly, Extract tamarind water from pulp.
- Grind peppercorns, garlic and onions to a coarse mixture.
- Heat up gingerly oil, add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, vadagam, dry red chilli and curry leaves. Let it sizzle for few minutes.
