- 5 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon horseradish mustard ( I used Frenchâs brand, but if you canât find horseradish mustard,spicy brown mustard would be fine)
- paprika

Deviled eggs filled with cheddar cheese, horseradish mustard, and bacon!
I hard boil my eggs by covering the eggs in cold water, bringing to a boil, then removing from the heat, covering and letting them sit for 15 minutes, then cooling them in a bowl of ice water. Adding a teaspoon of vinegar to the boiling water also helps.
