One of my favorite food combinations is sweet and salty. I think this recipe hits all of those notes. Juicy fresh figs with crisp smokey bacon, a versatile dish served as a appetizer or side. The figs can be wrapped a few hours in advance and popped in the oven when your guests arrive. You will get lots of compliments and a more than a few requests for the recipe.
