Recipe Description
Brunede Kartofler (Caramelized Potatoes) were my favorite potatoes growing up, and a strong link to my Danish roots. We usually had these only on special occasions, New Year’s being one of them. These go especially well with Ham and Creamed Kale or as we say in Danish, Skinke med Grønlangkål. They also go nicely with Roast Pork as well.
