Recipe Description

I can’t believe how much I enjoy brussels sprouts. I even tried growing them in my veggie garden this year, but the snow came hard and fast and froze my sprouts. And they were doing really well too up until then. This was my first year with the veggie garden and I learned a lot of what NOT to do as well as what was successful. I think I’m ready for next year. These caramelized brussels sprouts turned out great. I usually don’t like to sweeten my veggies, but a little bit of brown sugar in this dish gave it just enough sweetness without being overpowering. Now hubby loves sweets very much so I had a feeling this would become favorite for him. And it did.
