You are going to love this Cauliflower White Cheddar Mac and Cheese and if you do not have a ninja cooker you can make this in separate pots on the stove. Since my Mac and Cheese is loaded with so much yummy cheese i felt i had to off set it a little bit with a healthy vegetable. Cauliflower was the best choose because it doesn’t have a strong flavor so it was hidden in the dish.
