- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, cut into pieces
- 2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe Description
It is very smooth and creamy. The cheddar flavor was on the mild side. If your family likes spice you may want to add some addition heat like red pepper flakes to your Crock Pot Mac n Cheese.
