I am not usually a big fan of curry, but I have loved this recipe ever since my mom made it for a party many years ago. This chicken curry recipe does double-duty as a main meal (served over rice) or you can stick some toothpicks in the pieces and serve as hors d’oeuvres! So easy that you can have it on the table in just 30 minutes!
