- 3/4 pounds fettuccine
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed

I love pasta! All things pasta….but, I must say Fettucine Alfredo is probably my most favored dish. It’s rich, yes, so I don’t make a steady diet of it, but, once in a while I simply crave it. This is an easy recipe. Anyone can make it. Adding cauliflower and peas makes it even better!
