  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

A finger licking recipe for Greek ribs that are marinated in fresh garlic, oregano and lemon. Great for dinner or a very tasty appetizer. Garlic, oregano, lemon and onions- now that is some serious flavour! Make the ribs and marinade in the morning or the night before to allow the ribs soak up the seasonings.
