Recipe Description

Fresh Summer vegetables are grilled, added to pasta and dressed in a delicious homemade sun-dried tomato pesto. The pesto is so easy to make and a great way to add rich flavor to any pasta dish which makes this a perfect Summer dish for lunch or lounging by the pool.
A few weeks ago, I made a really easy and very tasty sun-dried tomato pesto. I loved this sauce so much, as well as this pasta salad, I made asparagus, sun-dried tomato puff pastry bites which are fun, bite-size appetizers. The pesto has so many uses I’m not done with the possibilities, so look for more delicious recipes.
