A few weeks ago, I made a really easy and very tasty sun-dried tomato pesto. I loved this sauce so much, as well as this pasta salad, I made asparagus, sun-dried tomato puff pastry bites which are fun, bite-size appetizers. The pesto has so many uses I’m not done with the possibilities, so look for more delicious recipes.
