Recipe Description
If you're wanting a quick & easy bulgogi dish, this recipe works great. Usually when I make this it's a last minute decision so mostly it always ends up in my crock pot. I just throw all the ingredients in, give it a quick stir, slap the lid on & let it simmer the day way.
If you give it a try I would love to hear your feedback about what you think & if you do anything to jazz it up or make it to fit your taste buds! =D
Recipe Directions
Stir together soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, scallions, garlic, ginger, & 2 TBSP sesame seeds. Blend well till sugar is well dissolved.
Add sliced steak & toss till coated.
Marinade at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil large skillet on high until almost smoking. Add steak one layer & sauté.
Turn occasionally until browned & cooked thoroughly. Remove from pan, top with remaining sesame seeds.
