- 4 ounces brewed coffee
- 1 1/2 ounces Jameson Whiskey
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- dollop of whipped cream

With that said, I don’t think anyone would dispute that we love our drink. Guinness Beer and Jameson Whiskey have been made for generations in Ireland. It is one of our trademarks. I doubt if our love of those two iconic drinks will ever disappear. Which brings me to one of my favorite Irish drinks.
Well, you can enjoy this Irish coffee any time of the day, but I love to drink it right before dessert.
