Ingredients
- Sauce:
- Five garlic cloves
- About 10 and ½ ounces of plain Greek yogurt - I used Chobani Greek Yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ⅛ teaspoon smoky paprika
- 2 chipotle peppers (I used the canned chipotle that are adobo sauce)
- 2 teaspoons adobo sauce (I used from the canned chipotle)
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons dry ranch powder mix
- Quesadillas:
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups of cooked shredded pork
- 2 cups shredded monteray jack cheese
- ⅓ cup chopped cilantro

I made dinner for two days creating two different wonderful dinners by using leftovers. Here is my Kalua pig (shredded pork) quesadillas with creamy chipolete sauce that I made with leftover shredded Slow Cooker Kalua Pig (hawaiian style shredded pork) from the night before.
