I saw this on Lidia’s Kitchen on PBS and just had to make it. It was incredible. If you’ve never cooked scallops, this is a great one to start out with. The recipe is simple and the results are delicious. It looked just like it did on TV. This recipe is so easy to make. Never be intimidated by scallops again.
