- 1/2 cucumber sliced very thin
- 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
- 6 ounces canned crab meat drained
- 1 cup cooked salad shrimp
- 1 tablespoon low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chives sliced thin (or substitute green onions)

This easy, beautiful side salad is topped with lemon chive dressing, and it pairs perfectly with quiche for an easy meal!
If you prefer to use fresh crab meat for a stronger flavor, go for it! I opted for canned since it was less than half the price. The opposite holds true for the shrimp. Feel free to use canned tiny shrimp if that’s what you can find or afford. You’ll still have a seafood salad you’ll enjoy!
