- 1 can of Manwich Original
- 1 can of Manwich Thick & Chunky
- 1 box of whole grain pasta elbows
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder to taste
- 1 cup of parmesan cheese *or your favorite blend
- parsley to taste
Recipe Description
Happy New Year everyone! I hope this year treats you right, and brings lots of success, happiness and joy. I don’t really make New Year’s resolutions (do you?), but I did make some goals this year. One of the most important is to always have dinner as a family no matter how stressful it can be with three little ones. Tonight, we will be celebrating Manwich Monday with a delicious Manwich Chicken Pasta Skillet that I made yesterday.
