Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh or frozen green beans
- 3 heaping cups red potatoes, quartered
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, large diced
- 3/4 stick butter, cut into pieces
- 2 Italian dressing seasoning packets
Recipe Description
One thing that is great about this recipe is you can also change out the potatoes, if you want sweet potatoes, yellow potatoes ect you can change out the potatoes in this One Pan Baked Chicken and Veggies Dinner to the ones your family enjoys. What is also great is that you will only use 1 pan when cooking it, if you want to skip cutting the chicken into bite sized pieces you can, I just find that it cooks quicker.
