  • 8 ounces dry orzo pasta
  • 2 cups of chicken broth

  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup of canned or frozen artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
