Got apples? Whip up a delicious lunch of rotisserie chicken, orchard apples and nutty pecans in this homemade orchard apple chicken salad. We enjoyed a weekend of picking apples and we’ve got a lot of apples to eat. We picked Jonagold, Gala and Ginger Gold and want to put them to good use.
