It wasn’t surprising to find from my research that Macaroni and Cheese ranked in the top ten list on every site that I visited for favorite comfort foods in America. I myself am an official lover of mac and cheese and I make it often here at home. The wonderful thing about macaroni and cheese is that it brings back special memories like comfort foods usually do.
This PepperJack Mac ‘n Cheese is a twist on the classic cheddar mac – it has a Mexican flare to it and it is unbelievably delicious. It’s got a kick but not so much that your throat is on fire. I believe the whole family will enjoy this wonderful version!
