- 1 tsp. sesame oil, for brushing the tops of the egg rolls
- ⅓ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sriracha, more or less depending on taste
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- ⅓ cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
