- 1 cup Homemade Pumpkin Puree pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound pasta
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Tis the season for pumpkin everything, and I am sooo exited! I have always had my pumpkin in the form of something sweet. While trying to come up with new recipes to share with you and I wanted to go outside of my comfort zone and so I took the plunge of making pasta with a Pumpkin sauce…oh my gosh!
