  • 4 chicken breasts (cooked and cubed)
  • 1 small box (10 oz) Rotini noodles - my box was bigger so I cooked less pasta
  • 8-10 thin slices of Bacon cooked and chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup of Ranch Dressing (from the bottle)
  • 3 Tbsp of butter
  • 2 cups Mexican Cheese Blend

I have the pickiest eaters on the planet…and then there’s me, the one who will eat and try anything! I have to come up with ways to impress all of our palettes. I don’t care for super plain food and they don’t care for fancy food. With that being said, this recipe is absolutely perfect for my whole family. It’s one of my favorite things to make and is full of flavor (there’s GARLIC in it!) but no weird chunks of anything (that’s what the kiddos dislike).

This cheesy pasta casserole is so delicious and makes really good leftovers. It’s super cheesy, creamy, garlicky and full of flavor. Did I mention that it’s SUPER easy to make too?! Enjoy!
