- 1 Jar of Ragu Chunky
- 1 Box of lasagna noodles
- 1 Cup chopped kale
- 1 Cup chopped tri colored peppers
- 1 Can diced tomatoes
- 1 Pound of 80/20 ground beef
- 1 Cup of shredded Mozzarella
- 1 Cup of Ricotta
- 2 Tbsp of fresh basil for garnish
Recipe Description
A delicious modern twist on the traditional lasagna. Making this in a cast iron skillet instead of a baking dish adds a slightly different flavor profile. Sneak in a few veggies with the addition of kale. This rustic lasagna is easy to make, and really impresses guests. Most kids will eat it, too.
