- 1/4 cup dry Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 large Onion, sliced
- 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 cups beef stock
Recipe Description
This just brings me back in time! My Mom’s recipe…such a comfort food. She would serve this with buttered egg noodles and a fresh veggie. Warm memories for me. Growing up with three older sisters, my Dad and Grandmother living with us, my Mom could make a pound of chop meat stretch pretty far. Enjoy!
