- 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
- Pinch of allspice
- Fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups low sodium beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Fresh ground pepper and sea salt
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley plus 1-2 tablespoons for sprinkling on top of dish
- 2 pinches nutmeg
Recipe Description
If you have never tried Swedish meatballs you really must. They are indeed a real treat! You can serve them over egg noodles, rice or couscous. Almost any veggie could accompany this meal. I went with a real simple zucchini and yellow squash quick pan saute. Give them a whirl and you will find yourself a little piece of heaven in a chaotic world!
