My kids really love Beef Stroganoff. I love it too! There are days you really crave one of your favorite meals but you don’t have the time needed to prepare it.
I though I would give Hamburger Stroganoff a try using basic ingredients. It was simple, quick and delicious! Perfect for a busy week night dinner!
